I believe that a portrait is more than just a beautiful image - it is the result of a process of connecting to yourself and your body while being observed, and then having that reflected back to you visually.
Regardless of our relationship to photography (whether we consider ourselves “photogenic” or not), we so rarely see ourselves as we truly are. We project and compare our idealized version of ourselves with what we seen in a mirror. Even worse, when a camera shows up. Yet our loved ones see our real essence because we are simply present with them. The same can be true with photos.
Whether you need a personal branding shoot or simply want a documentation of your journey of self-love with your own body as it is right now, together we can explore your essence visually.
The goal, of course, is to create beautiful images, but ones that feel honest and revelatory. My approach involves a winding path of movement, breath, play, and sometimes just a bit of discomfort to help you get out of your head and into your body. And that’s where the magic happens.

How it Works:
Before:
Choose your shoot package and fill out an application.
If we're a good match, we'll start the explorative process! This will include you providing inspiration images so I know where the compass of our shoot will point visually.
Once we’ve finalize the vision, we’ll set a date, coordinate logistics, and get ready to shoot
During:
We shoot! We play. We move. We breath. No matter what your level of comfort with a camera is, my job is to help you forget there’s even a camera there and to feel your own body in the moment. I don’t like to get precious about any one single shot, we’ll even take very ugly shots! But we I treat every shoot as an experiment and explorative journey.
After:
Within a week of the shoot, you’ll review your proofs & make your final selects.
Within another week of making your selects, you'll receive your final edited photos in high-resolution photos ready to share with the world!

All packages include a range of setups and concepts. They also include an initial consultation call to create the best approach to help you achieve what you need.
